Job Summary:
As a Bartender/Sales Associate at Mossed Juicery & Mocktail Bar, you will be the heart of our bar experience, engaging with guests and crafting exceptional mocktails. You will play a key role in ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable visit. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our innovative bar concept.
Core Responsibilities:
• Craft and serve a variety of mocktails with precision and creativity, in alignment with Mossed Juicery's commitment to organic and fresh ingredients.
• Engage with customers, educate them about our mocktails, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences and dietary needs.
• Take orders, handle transactions, and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, upholding Mossed Juicery's standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Mossed Juicery team to gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve our mocktail offerings.
Qualifications and Must-Have Characteristics:
• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Passion for crafting innovative mocktails and a strong understanding of mixology principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of organic and health-focused beverage offerings.
• Familiarity with mocktail trends, innovative ingredients, and presentation techniques.
• Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one.
Pay & Perks:
• Pay: $18-$20/hr, commensurate with experience.
