Job Summary:

As the Bar Manager at Mossed Juicery & Mocktail Bar, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our bar, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for managing inventory, training and leading bar staff, and driving innovative mocktail creations. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our innovative bar concept.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, ordering, and vendor relations.

• Develop and maintain an inventive mocktail menu, aligning with Mossed Juicery's commitment to organic and fresh ingredients.

• Lead, train, and mentor bar staff, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

• Collaborate with Mossed Juicery team to create synergistic offerings that complement our juice selection.

• Monitor bar performance, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, upholding Mossed Juicery's standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications and Must-Have Characteristics:

Proven expeience in bar management or related role.
3 or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
Knowledgeable about organic and health food products.
Familiarity with farmers markets and local food communities.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
