Job Summary:

As a Farmers Market Sales Associate at Mossed Juicery, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and engaging with customers at local farmers markets. You will be responsible for showcasing our enticing juice blends, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our business.

Core Responsibilities:

Engage with customers, educate them about our products, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences and dietary needs.
Set up and maintain an attractive and organized booth display that showcases our juices and captures customers' attention.
Prepare and serve samples of our juice blends to potential customers, creating an enjoyable tasting experience.
Take orders, handle transactions, and process payments accurately and efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and ensure the booth is adequately supplied throughout the market day.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with the Mossed Juicery team to gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve our products and customer experience.

Qualifications and Must-Have Characteristics:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
Passion for health, wellness, and organic products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong ability to engage and connect with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of organic and health food industry.
Familiarity with farmers markets and local food communities.
Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one.
