Job Summary:
As a Farmers Market Manager at Mossed Juicery, you will be responsible for managing our booth operations at various farmers markets, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers. You will coordinate with our sales associates, set up attractive displays, manage inventory, handle customer inquiries, and drive sales. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a team, build customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Core Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the Mossed Juicery booth at farmers markets, ensuring a visually appealing and organized setup.

Coordinate with sales associates, assign duties, and provide guidance to ensure smooth operations during market hours.

Oversee inventory management, including restocking products, tracking sales, and maintaining accurate records.

Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.

Build and maintain strong relationships with market organizers and fellow vendors to maximize exposure and collaboration opportunities.

Implement strategies to drive sales, including product promotions, sampling, and customer engagement initiatives.

Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Uphold Mossed Juicery's high standards of customer service, product quality, and brand representation.

Collaborate with the Mossed Juicery team to develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance our presence at farmers markets.
Qualifications and Must-Have Characteristics:

3 or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.

Knowledgeable about organic and health food products.

Familiarity with farmers markets and local food communities.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay & Perks:
